Both sides are present through their Ld. Advocates.  Both the parties have filed a joint petition by recording the settlement of the dispute and differences between the parties in the complaint case.  All the parties to the above complaint are signatories to the above joint petition for recording settlement.  Having considered the same we find that the terms of settlement are absolutely lawful.  Hence the complaint case is disposed of as settled between the parties on the terms as recorded in the aforesaid joint petition for recording settlement.  The petition as filed by the parties for recording settlement shall form part of this final order disposing of the complaint case be recording settlement.  The complaint is thus disposed of.
