                   This case is taken up before the National Lok Adalat. Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the respondents and the complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of either of the parties, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondents, holding them liable to make payment of Rs.65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) to the complainant, within the period of 45 days from the date of order, in default of it, the respondents shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum on the claim amount of Rs.65,000/- from the date of order till actual payment and it is further made clear, in case, the timely compliance of the order is not done by the respondents and the complainant is constrained to file an execution petition before this Commission to enforce this order, then, the opponents may be liable to make the payment of cost of execution proceeding to the complainant, which shall be assessed by the Commission at an appropriate stage.  Reader of this Commission is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register/system with regard to disposal of the complaint on today. File be consigned to records.
