                     Mediator Dr. JL Gupta submitted settlement report of dated 10.7.2023. Same is perused but if, on the basis of this settlement, case is decided, then it will be against the judicial propriety, so this, settlement is not taken into account for any further purpose. At the same time complainant suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint and in view of the statement of the complainant, this complaint has become infractuous and is dismissed as such. File be consigned to the records.
