ORDER

 

 

On perusal of court record it has been observed that no documents with respect to correspondence to OP between August’22 and October’22 placed on record. Secondly in para 10 complainant has alleged that there was a delay of 65 days in repairing the accidental insured truck which came to be repaired in October 2022 and they have claim damages to the tune of Rs. 3,85,000/- however figure has not been calculated on any basis. Documents are found deficient as also the relief claimed.. At the stage, counsel for complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file afresh. Heard allowed. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
