Sandeep Vs. New India Assurance

                   On the last date of hearing, notice to Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Rohtak was issued for producing the DD of attached amount in the name of complainant. As such, Sh. Sunil Miglani, Manager, HDFC Bank appeared in person and made a statement that he has produced the DD No.001677 dated 13.08.2019 amounting to Rs.193482/- which is the account number of New India Assurance Company.

                   Ld. counsel for the DH made a statement that he has received the DD No.001677 of Rs.193482/-(Rupees one lac ninety three thousand four hundred eighty two only) from the Hon’ble Forum. So he does not want to proceed with the present execution being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statements made above, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
