Heard Mr. P. Barman, leaned counsel, appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Bhatta, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the opposite party/respondent.

                        This is an application filed by the applicant seeking for condonation of delay of 70 days in preferring the connected review application. It is submitted by Mr. Barman that delay of 70 days caused due to imposition of national lockdown throughout the country, in as much as, judgment put for review in the connected review application arose out of F.A. 12/2016 disposed on 27-2-2020.

                        In view of the contention made by Mr. Barman, Mr. Bhatta fairly submits that he has no objection in the event the delay is condoned. Accordingly, considering the submission made by both the learned counsel, delay of 70 days in preferring the connected review application is condoned.

                        Misc. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
