ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 13.06.2024, Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.106197/- bearing cheque No.013043 dated 06.06.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of complainant/DH from JD in full and final satisfaction of the award. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the complainant/DH does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid cheque and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
