                   Learned counsel for the DH has made a statement that the appeal is pending. He further stated that he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the  DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
