ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.07.2024, Sh.Sahil Singla, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw the present execution application with liberty to file fresh execution application with better particulars. He has prayed that the certified copy of the order dated 03.06.2024 (Annexure E-1) be returned to the complainant/DH. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.

     Certified copy of the order dated 03.06.2024 (Annexure E-1) be returned to the complainant/DH after retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant/DH free of cost. The file be consigned.
