                   File put up today before Lok Adalat. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of opposite party. Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that in above case settlement has been effected with the opposite party. Hence, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
