ORDER

Counsel for the complainant has filed a memo which has also been signed by the complainant stating that the O.P.s have received the complainant's claim and promised to examine that claim and resolve it and therefore prayed for disposal of the complaint accordingly with a liberty to approach this Forum in the event of O.P.s declining to consider the claim of the complainant. Hence, the complaint is disposed off accordingly with a liberty to the complainant to approach this Forum with a fresh complaint on the O.P. repudiating the claim of the complainant.
