The present execution has been dismissed as withdrawn in view of the statement given by the Counsel for the complainant.  The statement has been kept separately on record and is reproduced as under:-

“I withdraw this present execution as the Stay in favour of the Judgment Debtor has been granted by the Hon`ble State Commission Chandigarh. Therefore, it is requested that I may be allowed to file the fresh execution petition after the decision of the Hon`ble State Commission, Chandigarh”.

 

In view of the statement given by the Counsel for the complainant, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
