ORDER

order dated 02/04/2002 Complaint allowed. Opposite party Insurance Company is directed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- to the complainant with interest at 12% per annum from the date of accident i.e., 9/6/2000 till its payment to the complainant. Complainant has already delivered the said damaged vehicle to the OP. Parties to bear their own costs.
