In the instant case Complainant is remaining absent.  Opponent by Advocate Ms.Sheetal Patil, proxy for Mr.A.S. Vidyarthi, Advocate for the Opponent present.  It was submitted on behalf of Advocate Mr.Patwardhan on the previous occasion that he has withdrawn his appearance after compliance of due procedure, inter alia intimation was given on his behalf to the Complainant about his non-appearance.  Now, it is for the Complainant to arrange for other Advocate to represent it.  For last two dates Complainant is not doing so and is remaining absent.  In the circumstances, the complaint stands dismissed for default.
