          This complaint is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :

          Both present. Today when the matter taken for consideration, the counsels appearing for the complainant and opposite party submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between them. Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only ) received from the opposite party by the complainant as full and final settlement under the subject insurance policy No. 720200/46/08/74/00000197. Joint memo of compromise filed by them. Memo recorded.

          To that effect, the matter has been settled. Hence the consumer complaint is disposed off.

          Joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order.
