This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri M.Ravichandra Rao, advocate for the complainant and Sri N.R.K.Mohan, advocate for the 1st opposite party and Sri B.Vijaya Kumar,Sri L.Rajiv Reddy and Sri V.Rajasekhar, advocates for the opposite parties 2 to 4 and after perusing the material papers on record, the Forum delivered the following: DOCKET O R D E R Both parties and their counsels are present before the Forum and filed Joint Memo stating that the complainant i.e. Smt.Shaik Nigar Bhanu is not pressing her claim of Insurance amount and admitted that the 2nd respondent/2nd opposite party is alone the wife of late Shaik Nissar. The petitioner/complainant has no objection for payment of Insurance amount by the 1st respondent/1st opposite party to the 2nd respondent/2nd opposite party i.e. Smt.Shaik Nigar Bhanu wife of late Shaik Nissar. The petitioner/complainant and the respondents/opposite parties 2 to 4 both agreed not to file criminal, civil or any type of cases against each other in future. The terms of compromise memo is explained to the both parties and they have conceded for the same. In view of terms of compromise memo, the 1st opposite party/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the Insurance Policy amount of Rs.2,00,000/- into the court within one month from the date of this order. Hence, Joint Memo filed by both parties is recorded. The petitioner/complainant has no objection to close the main complaint. Accordingly, the complaint is closed.
