The New India Assurance Company Limited, Old G.T.Road, Near Old Bus Stand, Karnal through its Branch Manager (Insurer of i20 Car bearing registration No.HR-14L-2705 vide policy No.353600312100003461 vaild from 21.12.2021 to 20.12.2021).

Present:  Shri Muddit Arora, counsel for complainant.

               

                Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.

                At the stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. 

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Party concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
