In the instant Misc. Application a prayer has been made by the opposite party/petitioner for liberty to file supplementary evidence along with some documents.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant raised serious objection in this situation. Ld. Advocate for the opposite party/petitioner submits that he only intends to adduce a letter dated 29.07.2024 sent to his client by Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Ld. Advocate for the opposite party/petitioner serves a copy of the same to the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant has no objection if the Ld. Advocate for the opposite party/petitioner makes this letter as a part of evidence.

In view of submission made by both the parties and also considering the fact that this will not change the nature and character of the case nor will prejudice the other side, the same is allowed and disposed of.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party/petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this letter to the Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitting copy to the provision by way of affidavit in CC/208/2022.
