Manoj Kumar son of Ram Chander, resident of Village Kunjpura, Tehsil and District Karnal, aged about 36 years (Aadhaar No.5640 5229 7804).

The New India Assurance Companh Limited having its office opposite Bus Stand, old G.T.Road, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

 

                                                                                      …..Opposite party.

 

 

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

Present:     Shri Parshant Pahwa, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Parveen Daryal, counsel for OP.

         

                        Today the case was fixed for confirmation of complainant with regard to receiving of payment by him.

                  At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the OP has deposited the insured amount in the bank account of complainant, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
