2. The New India Assurance Company Limited, 8RRV+52X, Nicholson road, Punjabi Mohalla, Sadar Bazar, Near Civil Hospital, Geeta Gopal Chowk, Ambala Cantt.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                  File taken up today, on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant to withdraw the present complaint alongwith fresh power of attorney on behalf of the complainant filed.    

                    Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. On the instruction of the complainant, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
