Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, subject to the second last opportunity. No evidence is present. Learned counsel for the complainant stated at bar that complainant has not connected with him and he has no objection if the complaint be dismissed. On perusal of the file, it reveals that complainant has already availed several effected opportunities including two last opportunity to conclude his evidence but he has failed to do so. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. Present complaint pertains to the year 2022. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                Hence, in view the above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
