                        On 10.08.2015, counsel for the opposite parties had tendered a cheque of Rs.3,86,370/- vide bearing No.001676 dated 09.07.2015 and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with. Today the authorized representative for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that vide Annexure ‘Z’, he has been authorized by D.H. to receive the cheque bearing No.001676 dated 09.07.2015 amounting to Rs.3,86,370/- drawn at HDFC, Sector-17, Chandigarh in favour of Hafed, Panchkula. He hereby receives the abovesaid cheque subject to encashment on behalf of DH and further does not want to persue the present execution application and withdraw the same.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
