  1. The New India Assurance Company Limited, Registered and Head Office: New India Assurance building, 87, M.G. road, Fort, Mumbai-400001, through its authorized signatory.
  2. The New India Assurance Company Limited, NH-B/R-2, near Badshan Khan chowk, NIT, Faridabad, through its authorized signatory.
  3. The New India Assurance Company Limited, Gagan building, opposite Bus Stand, G.T. road Karnal-132001, through its authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Gurmeet Singh, complainant alongwith Sh. Darshan Singh, Advocate.

                Sh. Gurmit Singh Juneja, counsel for the OPs.

                                               

                  Today the case is fixed for filing the written version and power of attorney as well as for compromise. Written version and power of attorney filed. Copy supplied. Compromise also effected.

                 At this stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, and OPs have transferred of Rs.40,000/- in his account. He is satisfied with the said amount and withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
