JUDGEMENT
Agent of the compl;ainant is present op has already paid Rs. 68900/0- by NEFT to the account of the complainant on 30/12/2013 and so it is found that Mediclaim amount is finally paid and so there is no ground to proceed with the case but compl;ainant is not -attending .
Any how this Forum is satisfied that complainant has same notice for which he is not submitting any thing .So the complaint is disposed on full satisfaction when insurance company already paid it to the complainant.
