ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under:- O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.25,151/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 22.03.2004 till the date of payment along with damages of Rs.5000/- and cost of rs.500/-. O.P. shall pay the amount within two months, failing which the interest at the rate of 12% p.a. shall be payable even on the amount of damages. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP
