COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Ms. Reena Thakur, Advocate, for the Complainant.

                   Shri Sudhir Gupta, Advocate, for OP No.1(already ex-parte                                  vide order dated 15.05.2023).

                   Notice to OP No. 2 not to be issued.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement. The Ld. Counsel on behalf of the OP has placed the proof of payment made to the Complainant, on record by filing an application. The Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant has made no objection to the aforesaid application, and by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, she withdraws the present complaint on behalf of Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the no objection and statement made by the Ld. Counsel on behalf of Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
