Present:    Sh.Sachin Sudhal, Adv. for complainant.

                  

                This case taken up on today for order to decide the issue of admission, but before passing the order, the counsel for complainant appeared and suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint on technical fault with the liberty to file a fresh complaint.

               Keeping in view the statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint, after removing the technical/legal fault, if any, if advised so. Original documents Ex.C.11,Ex.C.12 & Ex.C.14 are hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant or his counsel, after retaining the copy of the same on record, against proper receipt. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
