द्वारा श्री.एम.जी.रहाटगावकर - मा.अध्‍यक्ष

1. सदर प्रकरण दि.23/02/2011 रोमात्रजी सुनाणनीसाठी आले असता उभयपक्षांचा तीन वेळा पुकारा करण्‍यात आला. ते अथवा त्‍यांचे वतीने कोणीही हजर झाले नाही. रोजनाम्‍याचे अवलोकन केले असता असे निदर्शनास येते की, तक्रारकर्ता हा 04/09/2009, 31/10/2009, 06/11/2009, 08/01/2010, 19/03/2010, 21/05/2010, 30/07/2010, 06/09/2010, 19/10/2010, 15/01/2011, 10/02/2011 व 23/02/2011 या सर्व तारखांना सतत गैरहजर होता त्‍यामुळे तो सदर प्रकरण चालवण्‍यास इच्‍छुक नाही असे स्‍पष्‍ट हाते.

2. सबब अंतीम आदेश पारित करण्‍यात येतो-

आदेश

1.तक्रारकर्त्‍याचे गैरहजेरीच्‍या कारणाखातर दरखास्‍त क्र.102/2009 खारीज करण्‍यात येते.

2.खर्चाचे वहन उभयपक्षांनी स्‍वतः करावे.
