Opp. parties are present  through  ld. counsel.  Opp. parties vide   petition no- 1237/22    prays for date . Complainant   is absent  without  any step, although  the case   has been    fixed for  filing written  argument    since   6/4/2022.  It is   found   that the    complainant   was absent   without   step on 9/8/2021, 27/10/2021, 15/12/2021,  29/3/2022, 6/4/2022, 13/5/2022, 21/7/2022  &  20/9/2022.    We are  of the view that     since   the complainant   was   absent   for a long   time,  he is   not interested   to proceed     with his   case  and hence,  the  case is   dismissed   for default.
