ORDER

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to pay Rs.2,25,000/- being the insured amount as agreed by the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and physical harassment, deficiency in service with cost of to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel filed a Memo stating that the matter is settled out of the Forum.  Hence, the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  Memo form part of the order.
