                Today, the case was fixed for appearance of the complainant. On 19.05.2023, Sh. Hem Raj Wadhwa made a statement that there was no instruction to appear on behalf of complainant. Thereafter, court notice issued to complainant. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 03:30 P.M. So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the complaint. Thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
