Order No. 39, Dated: 09.01.2018

Both parties are present through their ld. Advocate by filing haziras. The ld. Counsel for the Dhr-Complainant submits that the A/c. payee cheque which was deposited by the Jdr-OP as awarded amount had already been received by the Dhr-Complainant from this ld. Forum and the same has been credited in her account. So there is no grievance left against the OP-Jdr and the Dhr is not willing to proceed with the Execution Application further and prays to dispose of the present Execution Application with full and final settlement.

            Heard both sides. As the Dhr-Complainant is fully satisfied with the awarded amount as deposited by the Jdr-OP and not willing to proceed with the present Execution Application, we are of the opinion that the present Execution Application should be disposed of with full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Execution Application being No. 30/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
