Applicant is present. Ld.Advocate Smt.Bhakti Barve is present for Opposite Parties. Ld.Advocate Barve has submitted that the Opposite Parties have paid Rs.4,32,754/- to the Complainant on 23/03/2001 for which she produced the copy of the receipt of the Complainant. Complainant has admitted of having received the said amount. In this application Complainant has not stated exact amount due from the Opposite Parties. It appears that Opposite Parties have paid the amount as per order of this Forum. Hence, Execution Application is disposed of as fully satisfied. No order as to cost.
