                   Case called several times since morning but none turned up on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.40 P.M. No further wait is justified. Today is the 6^th opportunity for producing evidence on behalf of complainant but neither the complainant turned up nor he tendered any evidence.

                  It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.
