ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The complainants are held entitled to the amount of Rs.15,889/- towards expenses incurred for the treatment of the 1st complainant with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of claim till the date of realisation together with Rs.2,000/- towards compensation for the mental and physical agony undergone by the complainant and Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings. The opposite party shall pay Rs.15,000/- to the complainants towards expenses incurred for the treatment of the 1st complainant with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of claim till realisation together with Rs.2,000/- towards compensation for the mental and physical agony that the complainants have suffered and Rs.500/- towards costs ofthis proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties under C.O.P.
