Heard Ms. Niva Chatterjee, the Ld. Advocate for the Appellants.It appears that the impugned order was passed holding that the Forum concerned was not having jurisdiction as the cause of action arose and the concerned O.Ps are located beyond the jurisdiction of the Forum.On perusal of the complaint it also appears that the relief has been asked against the O.P. Nos. 1 & 2 who are admittedly not located within the jurisdiction of the said Forum.In the circumstances without interfering the present appeal the same is dismissed.We make it clear that on the merit no decision has been taken and the Complainants are at liberty to file appeal in appropriate Forum.
