            For consideration of today’s application for adjournment, the available informations as on record are taken into account. On previous two consecutive dates the complainant has already enjoyed the benefit of adjournment.

 The ground sated in the present application for adjournment is not satisfactory. The direction of the relevant statute does not go to encourage us for allowing the similar prayer. So there is no alternative but to refuse the prayer for adjournment. Thus the adjournment petition is rejected with direction to the parties for getting ready at-once.
