ORDER

No one appears for the Opposite Party Insurance Co., though notice on review application was issued as far as back on 27.12.2010, therefore, there is presumption of the service of notice.   Complainant seeks review of the order dated 01.10.2010 by which the execution application of the complainant was dismissed on their failure to appear and also taking note of the fact that Insurance Co. had deposited a sum of Rs.7,89,089/- in compliance of the direction of this Commission. Learned Counsel could not show that as per the order sought to be executed any amount exceed Rs.7,82,717.16 is payable. The execution petition is, therefore, disposed of as fully satisfied.
