HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

Heard Mr. D. K. Mukherjee, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  On being questioned as regards the jurisdictional issue the Ld. Advocate intends to urge factual aspect in support of the said revisional petition.  Reliance was placed on Ground No. 5.  We have checked up the said ground and it is found that the same relates to the question of award of compensation, cost, interest and legal charges.  As we find that the same are discretionary issue there is no jurisdictional question being involved.  The revision petition is dismissed.  We make it clear that we have not decided any of the questions raised on merit.
