          C.R. is taken up for order.

          On scrutiny of the cause title together with the statements in the complaint, we come across that all correspondences are made between the complainant and O.P. nos. 2 & 3, who reside and carry their business in Kolkata and not within the jurisdiction of this District Forum, consequently not enabling us to entertain the instant compliant. Furthermore, the entire cause of action arose outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum.

          We are thus of the view that this is a fit case where the complaint shall be returned to the complainant with the liability to file the same before the appropriate Forum.

          Accordingly the complaint be returned to the complainant with the liberty to file the same before the appropriate Forum.
