                Decree holder, Kasinath Pradhan, is present. J.Dr nos. 2 & 3 are also present. Heard Ld. Lawyers.

Seen the petition filed by the decree holder wherein he has stated that he is not willing to proceed with the Execution case as he has received the entire amount to his full satisfaction and he has no further claim from the judgment debtors.

                Inasmuch as the dispute ended in compromise between the parties and the decree holder has received the entire amount as per his claim, we do not want to stand in the way.

                Hence,

O     R     D      E      R      E        D

                That the Execution Case being No. 15 of 2011 be  disposed of in terms of the petition.

                Accordingly the Execution Case is disposed of.

Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rule.
