ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. Opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.35,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date of this complaint i.e., 24-8-1999 till the date of payment. The amount shall be paid within two months with cost of Rs.500/-. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
