Complainant represented. Since 22-03-2022, the case is posted for the evidence of the complainant. Inpsite of the several adjournment, the complainant did not adduce any evidence in support of complaint. It can be seen from the conduct of the complainant that he is not interested to proceed with the complaint. Thus we are of the opinion that this is a fit case for dismiss for the default. Hence complaint is dismissed for default.
