Sri Tripathi states that despite letters dated 14.10.2009, 17.11.2009, 20.1.2010 and 15.2.2010 being sent by registered post the complainant has not contacted him and co-operated in drafting and filing of affidavit evidence. He places on record the copies of said letters. Barring Sri Tripathi no one is present on behalf of the complainant nor has it filed the rejoinder and affidavits of evidence till date. For the reasons disclosed by Sri Tripathi -2- we allow him to withdraw from the case. Simultaneously, we dismiss the complaint for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
