The complaint is partly allowed. The Opposite Party is directed to pay the Complainant a sum of Rs. 53,818/-(Rupees fifty thousand eight hundred eighteen only) within 30 days of this Order, failing which the said amount of Rs. 53,818/-(Rupees fifty thousand eight hundred eighteen only) shall carry an interest of 9& per annum from the date of filing of this complaint tioo its realization. There shall be no order as to costs.
