Office report seen. The Complainants have filed the present complaint under the Consumer Protection Act claiming balance claim amount of Rs.17,19,085/- and further Rs.5 Lacs as damages. So the value of the relief claimed by the complainant comes to Rs.22,19,085/- and same is beyond pecuniary jurisdiction of this forum. Consequently, the present complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainants after making necessary endorsement on it for presentation before Hon'ble State Commission. File be consigned to the record room in due course of time.
