The Insurance Company is to pay the complainant the sum of Rs.60,000/- with interest at the rate of 9% per annum, from the 01/01/2008 date on which the claim for the payment was made,  and costs of  Rs. 25,000/- which shall be paid  within thirty days of the receipt of this order. In the event the same is not paid within the period specified the said sum shall carry an interest of 9% on the same from the date of the filing of the complaint up to the date of the integral payment of the same.
