Hence,

                                                                              O  R  D  E  R  E  D

     That the consumer Complaint is allowed on contest against O.P.s No. 1 - 2 with cost assessed Rs. 2,000/- and exparte against O.P. No. 3, G.T.F.S., without cost.

      That the complainant shall get an award of compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- on account of JPA Policy in question.

      That the complainant also shall get an award of compensation of Rs. 15,000/- on account of causing harassment and mental agony by the insurance company, O.P. No 1 & 2.

      That the O.P. no 1 & 2 insurance company are jointly and severally liable to carry out the orders and they are directed  to pay the amount of compensation and cost to the complainant within 30 days hereof, in default the entire amount shall bear interest @ 12% per annum till payment or recovery.

      Let certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost.
