Following order was passed by this Commission on 11.08.2021:

“Put up today.  None is present on behalf of either of the parties.

An application has been received by post from the appellant, mentioning therein that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.  No counsel on behalf of the appellant has appeared as yet.

Office is directed to send registered notice to the appellant, thereby confirming the aforesaid letter alleged to be sent by the appellant, as to whether he has sent the aforesaid letter and wants to get the appeal dismissed as withdrawn.  The notice shall mention that the willingness of the appellant to get the appeal dismissed as withdrawn, should be sent by him by registered post as well as on e-mail address mentioned in the notice.

Put up on 29.09.2021 for further orders.”

According to office report dated 29.09.2021, registered notice was sent to the appellant on 16.08.2021, regarding which answer of appellant has been received by registered post as well as e-mail, by which the appellant has prayed that he wants to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  Record be consigned.
