Present: Counsel for the parties.

Separate statement of counsel for OPs has been recorded to the effect that under the instructions of his client, the company is ready to settle the present claim for Rs. 4000/- as full and final settlement. The payment will be made within 15 days subject of furnishing of bank account detail by the complainant.

Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that in view of the above statement they withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the statements suffered by both the counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
